ADE cannot find downloaded files from KOBO

Waiting on Kobo to help but ADE cannot detect the kobo downloaded books. The kobo app SAYS theyre downloaded, but ADE cannot find it.  

I already searched the computer to see if its hidden somewhere, but no luck.  I really dont know what to do. Kobo.com isnt helping much even their live support chat. They just keep referring me back to ADE.

I'm really sick of needing so many programs just to read a book!
