ADE connections problems

Please help! I have been trying to open an ebook that I urgently need. Every time I try to open it, it says "Digital Editions could not connect to the fulfillment server. Please make sure you are connected to the internet." I have tried a lot of solutions after reading different forums, such as turning off my firewall, downloading the 3.0 and 2.0, and restarting the computer. I have tried to deactivate my account using the shortcut command+shift+D since I have a mac but that doesnt do anything. I urgently need this book, please help!

Disable of Firewall not allways help. Better you add Digital Edition as sure Programm in the firewall. If this not work should check other Securty Programs on your system or in the Router.
