ADE crashes and the book is not transferred

I have a new nook. Have downloaded and installed and authorized ADE. When I double click a .acsm link the book loads to ADE. When I drag the book to my nook, I get the little green plus sign and the dialog comes up saying it is preparing the file, then ADE crashes and the book is not transferred. I am on an iMac, Yosemite 10.10.2 if that matters

I’m working on an iMac. Where would I find the crash-log?

When the App crashes, You will get the report option. If you open that, you will find the crashlogs.

Otherwise,

You can follow the following steps:

open Console App

In the left side pane, select "User Diagnostic Reports".

Under this, you will find report(s) like "Adobe Digital Editions_2015_*.crash" report.

Please send the logs from that report.
