ADE device activation reset not supported

I was using Kobo through ADE. After several initializations, I saw a warning about exceeding the authentication limit. I contacted customer support, but they said they do not support it.

I tried to delete my account and re-register, but deleted accounts cannot be reused.
This made it completely unusable.

 

I am frustrated that I cannot solve the problem while seeing the error message displayed as [uuid:].
