ADE does not recognize my PocketBook Touch Lux 3

I am using Win10Pro - I have reinstalled ADE, reauthorized the Reader (same Adobe ID), restarted, reconnected...

My wife is using the same product with Win10Home, same FW on the readers - it works fine.

Of course I can copy books or download links using the explorer as a workaround, bt it's not really convenient...
