ADE does not recognize PocketBook Touch HD 3

ADE showed my PocketBook Touch HD 3 as a device for the first book I borrowed and I was able to move the epub to the ereader. But now ADE will no longer find my PocketBook Touch HD 3. 

I am using Windows 10 and ADE 4.5. I have reloaded and reauthorized and don't know what else to do.
