ADE does not recognize Sony PRS-650 ereader.

We also have a Kobo which works fine on ADE. Have tried the Sony on 2 computers, one working on Windows 7, the other Windows 8. Doesn't work on either. The Sony works fine on Kobo Desktop on both computers. Have tried ADE 1.7.2, 3, and 4. Same problem on all. Any ideas?
