ADE Doesn't Detect Kobo Libra H20

My PC detects Kobo Libra H20, but ADE doesn't. I have tried re-installing ADE, but with same result.

Also, there is no "Device" showing in top menu, very frustrating, and Adobs' Help Desk won't give any support for this product, why I do not know.
