ADE doesn't start

I have a WIN 7 prof 64 bit. I installed ADE 4.5, installation run withoeut problem, system shows the program symbols.

When I start ADE there is onlay an activity sign wich disappears after some seconds. Then I erased the ADE 4.5,

cleaned the registry, started new and installed ADE 3.0. The program call ended with -program has problems to start-

What can I do ?
