ADE doesn't start on PC (win XP) after installation

After downlouding and installing ADE (4.5.6) on my Win XP PC the program doesn't start up (After a double click on rhe ADE icon it seems to start for a moment, but it remains "dead".

Same with ADE 4.0.

Pls give me a suggestion !

    I have the same issues with Win10...ADE 4.5.7 freezes up everytime...then restarts
