ADE doesn't start on windows 7

After the installation of ADE without error, I'm able to start ADE. But after restart of my PC I'm not able to start ADE. ADE doesn't start and no error messages appears.

I can see ADE started in the "Windows task manager" but after few second it dissapears.

I tried to de-install and re-install ADE with no more success.

I have check the windows event log. And the following message appears:

And I'm not able to understand the real reason.
