ADE doesn't start on Windows XP

Hi,

I installed ADE 4.0 on several PCs with Windows XP, but it doesn't start.

Do I need any prerequisites?

Same prblem appears with ADE 3.0

Yes, I know, XP is obsolete, but we're migrating to 7 and still run XP machines. 😉

    Hi,  I had same problem with 4.0.2, 3.0 and 2.01.  Using XP, SP3.  Installing version 1.72 solved the problem and it works fine, A search engine "Digital Edition 1.72" will find you a link for it.
