ADE doesn't sync or download on android

I bought protected content that could only be viewed in ADE (adore digital Editions)

 

On 2 PCs, I was able to view and sync the content

 

On 2 Android phones, the content would not load.

- I have it set to sync automatically, but that doesn't happen.

- Then when I try to load manually with the acsm files, the app opens but nothing happens, no download or content.

 

All four machines are authorized with the same account.

 

Something seems seriously wrong with the ADE app on Android.

 

Please help!

    Sorry, no solution on my side. I'm experiencing the same thing on my Samsung Galaxy S10+ - no books are syncing regardless of my attempts to uninstall, deregister/deauthorise, toggle between sync or not.  I have however discovered that 2-factor authentication must be disabled to use ADE.
