ADE download problem

When I download a book from the public library it does not appear in my ADE 4.5.1.  It shows like it starts to download but the process stops. When I look under the <<download arror>>, the book is there. But I don't see it in the ADE.

    Do used which operating system?

    I use Windows 10, 64-bit operating system, x 64-based processor.
