ADE -- DRM Activation Error

I have Adobe Digital Editions for eBooks.

I tried to authorize an ereader app to use Adobe ID DRM.

The app gave an error that said I needed to contact Adobe because I had reached my limit of authorizations.

I contacted Adobe support via chat, and was told that I needed to post to this forum for help.
