ADE DRM Error message

Good day,

I bought a book that refuses to open in ADE. I contacted the supplier and they assured me that there is nothing wrong with their link and that I should contact adobe. Funny thing is all other books I purchased opens even old ones was automatically included in my library when I downloaded the latest version. I tried all the suggestions regarding DRM Errors yet to no avail. Can someone please help me. I need this book to complete one of my assignments as I am a student.
