ADE empty every day

The application presents a problem. When I opened ADE I had nothing , no books, my library was empty. Yesterday, the support team made me uninstall the application and reinstall it what seemed to have solved the problem. I had lost everything but at least the application worked. This morning I open ADE, nothing again, no books, everything disappeared once again. It causes me a great deal of problem because they are books borrowed from my local library.  Furthermore, for some time, the application continues to show the returned books and it is really annoying.  Can somebody help me I'm desperate.
