ADE error: Already fulfilled by another user – Need advice
Hi everyone,
I’m having a problem with Adobe Digital Editions. I purchased a couple of eBooks recently, but when I try to open them, I get the error:
“This item has already been fulfilled by another user.”
I am the only person using my Adobe ID, and I’ve already tried:
Reinstalling Adobe Digital Editions
Deauthorizing and reauthorizing my computer
Using multiple Adobe IDs
Clearing ADE credentials and registry entries
Trying on a fresh installation
Nothing has worked so far. I can’t access the books I purchased, and I’m really stuck.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a way to fix it without sharing personal details or paying for an Adobe support plan?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
