ADE Error Message

When I try to open an ACSM file to read an e-book I purchased some time ago, the following error message appears: "Unable to download. Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_GOOGLE_DEVICE_LIMIT_REACHED"

An operator over here tried to help me, but she couldn't, so she redirected me here. What is the solution?
