ADE fails to authorize KOBO AURA solution

Sorry if this is a duplication.

My library download refused to authorize on my older Kobo Aura. I tried all the usual things, authorize, deauthorize, re-install etc. wasting lots of my time. Finally followed some advice I found in a thread somewhere and deleted the current version of ADE and installed Version 3.0. Problems vanished, all works as it should.

Can't believe how casual is Adobe's approach to maintaining it's products.
