ADE flashes but won't open

I am running Windows 10 and am using ADE 4.5. However, I am unable to open ADE. It will flash off to the side but won't open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled at twice already. I've attempted to open it as an administrator. I have removed my digital editions folder and I still can't open ADE. It's driving me bonkers. I can't put anything on my nook, download library books...

Any suggestions?
