ADE is not copying downloads to other "Authorized" hardware

I got all of my hardware " "Authorized"....HP laptop, Samsung tablet, LG Android Phone.  I can download a book to my laptop, but ADE is not simulataneously downloading it to my tablet or phone. Any solutions?
