ADE / Kobo

receiving this message when I  try to download books from the library onto my KOBO

YOUR EREADER IS NOT AUTHORIZED TO OPEN THIS BOOK

I've deauthorized & reauthorized my PC - completed a factory reset on my KOBO. I've also added the ADE Version 3.0 onto my PC - still no resolution.

I'M being bouced back & forth between KOBO  ADE - hopefully this is resolved soon.

is this still being looked into by ADOBE ?
