ADE libraries not syncing across devices

I have downloaded the ADE app on my phone, and have supposedly activated it with my Adobe ID. However, my books from my Mac do not sync, and my phone does not show up in the 'Activated devices' tab on my Adobe account's website.

I would really like to be able to read the book I've paid for on the go. Can someone help me?
