ADE - Login e-Mail address change - Login e-Mail no-longer an active account at Centurylink
I was advised to post my issue here with my contact information. I hope that's correct and someone can help. Frank E. Spikes, ahellofaguy.1953@gmail.com or ahellofaguy.fes@gmail.com . I can't login to ADE, because I don't remember my password. I cannot change the password, because my login e-Mail address (fsandwj@centurylink.net) is no-longer valid and has not been for some time (over ten years). I tried talking to someone via chat, but was acvised they could not help. I was told I had to post here. So, I've posted here. I use ADE to transfer downloaded library books to my Nook Color. I have no issues with that process. It all still works fine from my laptop. My issues is, I need to transfer ADE to my desktop an am in a loop. I don't remember the password and can't change it because my login e-Mail address is no-longer valid. FYI: I also have a Creative Cloud account and have no issues with that. Please don't do anything with Creative Cloud. I just need to get the current e-Mail address into ADE. Can anyone help me with this? Also, if someone responds to this post, how do I know it happened?
