ADE needs back/forward button and keyboard shortcuts

I am using an EPUB in ADE, which has a number of cross references to other parts of the book. I can click on these links to be taken to these references, but I cannot go back to previous page.

I don't think I am missing something, as I have search and tried hitting various key combinations. Adobe really needs to add this function to ADE - iBooks has it, so I will be using that instead.
