ADE / Nook Glowlight / Library Books

Every time I attempt to transfer ADE to my Nook Glowlight I get an error message stating "CE_COPY_NOT_ALLOWED". How do I prevent this from happening/get my files onto my Nook?

I read that I need to download an older version of ADE to get library books on my new Nook. I tried to download ADE 3.0, but it automatically upgraded to 4.0.

Is there any way for me to get library books on to my nook glowlight?

When will ADE be updated to fix this problem?
