ADE not recognizing Kobo reader - it was previously recognized

ADE does not recognize by Kobo reader - Aura. This reader has previously been recognized.

Mac OS Catalina

ADE 4.5.11

The reader is recognized by the MacOS.

I have tried setting reader back to factory settings, uninstalling and reinstalling ADE.

Any suggestions?
