ADE not responding

I downloaded ADE 4.5.1 to get library books though Overdrive.  I was able to download the program ans authorize my computer without a problem.  I plugged in my KOBO and it was recognized right away.  When I borrow the book from the library I can open it in ADE (however it did crash the program once or twice) but every time I try to move the book onto my device I get the dialog box that it is downloading pop up and then it freezes.  I am then forced to close the ADE completely because it is "not responding".  Any help would be really appreciated!

Error with different eBooks? If not know check it with this: http://www.adobe.com/solutions/ebook/digital-editions/sample-ebook-library.html

Hi there.  Thanks for getting back to me.  I wasn't able to use the get the books on the link you sent m onto ADE because it was "not responding" as soon as I opened the program.  The first book on the link actually did download but it came in as a KOBO file and bi-passed ADE completely.  Any other help would be appreciated!

Has you try it with a ohter user of your PC/Mac?
