ADE (Not Responding when opening eBook

Hello. I am hoping someone can help me out. I am trying to open an eBook from ISACA as I prepare for an exam. Everytime I open the eBook, my ADE will just freeze up and shows it is not responding anymore. I was able to authorize my ADE and also un/reinstalled for a couple of times already.

anyone else experienced this issue before?
