ADE on Windows

Hello,

I have downloaded Adobe,opened a document, but it's not logged in, so when I click Help, 'Authorize Computer' is in grey, (unabled) so I can't authorize the computer or log on my adobe account. I can't now open the same document anywhere else, so I need to link it to my adobe account to be able to open the docuemnt from my other devices.

I have closed ADE and then it didn't appear on my computer, so I had to 'download' again and the same document automatically appeared there.

How can I authorize the computer with my ID and be able to open the document from other devices, as it's only authorized for one profile.
