ADE opening issues

Hello,

I have bought one book. However, my PC doesn't open the software "Adobe Digital Edition 4.5.8" after some uses.

Now, I'm trying to authorize this book on another computer, but as I choose "authorize my computer without ID" option, I can't access to this book on my other PC. I need this book urgently so, is this possible for you to send me another token for this book or by pdf? Otherwise, can you tell me how to get this book on another computer.

If you have choose option authorize without id you can open the ebook only on this system. You can only ask the reseller of the eBook for new ebook which can linked fine with your id so can open on diffent devices.
