ADE print out incomplete

Hi,

I am trying to print a DRM protected document. The printout is cut off on the lower part of the page, approximately 4-5 cm is missing. Changing the print properties (Scaling, paper format, etc) does not have any effect so far.

Can anybody help?

Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.11

Original document size: 280 x 216mm

Intended print out format: 297 x 210 mm (DIN A4)
