ADE prints blank pages only

I tried to print some pages of a DRM-protected epub on a real printer results in blank pages only out of ADE 4.5.8.182857. (Virtual printing does not work at all, but this is not my problem.)

The properties of the epub state that printing is allowed.

When using a watermark, the printer only prints the watermark but still no content.

What should I do?

      Hey there,

       

      got the same problem. Tried all possible printing options on different printers -> blank pages under Windows.

      An update would be pretty nice. Our customers don't like software changes 😉

      Same problem here but with an interesting difference. I have Adobe Digital Editials version 4.5.11 installed on a Windows 10 PC as well as on a Mac running macOS Monterey. The same ePUB document prints fine from the Mac but I get blank pages from the PC.

      The visual appearance of the ADE interface makes me think it is an outdated product. Also the date of copyright in the installer is 2006-2018. Time to look for another ePUB reader. Possibly Thorium Reader from EDR Labs.

      I am also surprised that no one from Adobe responded to either of the previous posts.

      Hi! I have the same problem. My version is 4.5.11 and it seems to be the latest one...

      Is this ADE completly obsolete? 😞
