ADE problem

I bought a new PC because my old one crashed. On the new PC I can't use my Adobe ID because Adobe says that the ID is already registered on a PC. I tried to deactivate my ID on the new PC and then Activate it, but now I have the error message E_LIC_ALREADY_FULLFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER. How can I solve the problem ? Thanks everybody for the help.
