ADE refuses to load my ebook

Hello

I downloaded an eBook from my FNAC web account and unfortunately opened it in ADE without an ID.

I have an Adobe account with an adobe username and password. Adobe Digital Editions refuses yet to load this ebook with my adobe ID which is necessary to send it to my Kindle paperwhite.

I have uninstalled and then reinstalled ADE and set the authorization with my Adobe ID but ADE refuses to load my ebook.

What is the right procedure to get these authorization?
