ADE saying not activated

Hello.

Ihave ADE 3.0 on my computer on win 10 and saying, that ADE is not activated. I also have e-reader, I activate DRM with same Adobe ID, it not transfer books, saying there are problems with credentials.

 

can someone help, please?

    Uninstalled 3.0 version, install 4.5 the newest version, but now it shows :Error geting license. Server communication problem:E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED

     

    Please help.
