ADE Setup Error

Hi guys!

I recently installed ADE on my Windows 10 Pro (clicked "run as admin" when installing) but whenever I try to open the ACSM file downloaded from EBSCOhost the software gives me this message and won't open the file.

Does anyone have an idea what I'm doing wrong? Any suggestions are welcome! Thank you very much.
