ADE still in Loading Library forever

Today, after some days I didn't use it, I click on the tool to load a new books using a .ascm file but it still in the state of "loading library" and I cannot do anything. I tried t uninstall and install the new version but it is always the same. No possibility to enter and I don't know how can i do to solve this problem.
