ADE + Touch Screen/Win 8

A simillar question has been asked here but this was over 6 months ago.

Just wondering if anyone knows with the currecnt edtions of Adobe Digital Editions + Windows 8 wether or not updates have been made so page turns can be completed with fingers on touch screen compatibile desktops using Windows 8?

Any help would be great...
