ADE Unable to download

Group I work for sells ebooks and users can no longer open purchased books. I tried to replicate situation and I can open books purchased on existing PC but if I try to add purchasesd to another device get the same message

"Error getting License. License Server Communnication Problem: E_ADEPT_DOCUMENT_TYPE_UNKNOWN"

 

Issue on Windows 10 and looked through past messages and didn't really see a solution. Tried deauthorizing, starting from scratch on new computer, tried even using a different reader and still can't access. Happening to multiple people.

    Hello, I have the same issue. I am unable to download ebook borrowed from muy library. It says  UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD - ERROR GETTING LICENSE - LICENSE SERCER COMMUNICATION PROBLEM - E_JO_CANNOT_OPEN.
