ADE Updating...?

Hi. Is there a feature like updating ADE from "inside" the program? Like many other programs have inside their help-menus ( "Check for Updates" ).....

 

How will I else know when there is a new Version out?

    I too can't find where the update feature is. But mine has automatically updated to 4.5 and then the ebooks woouldn't download to my Kobo ereader, saying I am not authorised.  I contacted the library I use and they said there is a bug in 4.5 and I have to go back to Version 3.0. I have been trying to find the updat feature so I can manually choose the updates but not having any luck at all.
