ADE Version 3.0 - how to authorize when grayed out

Hello,
I cannot authorize my ADE 3.0.  I have installed, uninstalled and re-installed ADE 3.0.  When I tap on the Help, the option to authorize the computer is grayed out.  According to the authorization information, "This computer is already authorized."

Is that true?

I need ADE 3.0 for my KOBE ereader to borrow books from the libraries.  The website from the libraries suggest using the ADE 3.0.
