ADE will not authorize computer with correct Adobe ID and password?

Hi, I'm new to Adobe Digital Editions - I'm trying to authorize my computer with my Adobe ID and new password, but the program writes that the ID and password are incorrect. 

I have created a new Adobe account and new password, but the same error occurs. Can it be because I use the newest version of Windows?
