ADE will not open

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but I still can not get ADE 4.5.8 to open. I just sits and looks at me saying loading library. I have tried the previous suggestion of opening as admin but got the same results. I ran the program compatibility troubleshooter and it tells me that this is an incompatible program.

    Closed Digital Edition

    Rename the My Digital Edition folder under your Documents.

    Start again

    To to file > add to library to open eBooks.
