ADE will not open my newly purchased book from HPE.com

So I purchased a digital book in February, installed it into the ADE library as soon as the dl was finished. Just now getting around to reading it and it says its authorized by a different user.

Went to Adobe chat and started asking questions. They told me the forums is the only place to get an answer. Glad that guy was honest enough to say he didn't have a flipping clue.

So, I am asking my community for help on this. I have tried talking to HPE and they are unresponsive towards a solution because the book was installed and "is being used" and Adobe looked into what I said about the issue and pointed me here.

I could use some help getting this resolved quickly, thanks in advance.
