ADE won't launch

I have never had an issue before, but now my ADE will not open. I am running windows 7.

I tried right clicking and running as administrator and unfortunately it still didn't work. In the end I uninstalled ADE and then downloaded and installed it again. With the "migrate data" feature I didn't lose anything so it all worked out just fine.
