ADE won't open

I have been using ADE with Overdrive to connect my library with my nook and check out books, until yesterday.  I tried to download books, click on "download" and it downloads the book, but it won't open ADE.  I have tried opening ADE but nothing happens. 

HELP! How do I connect ADE to Overdrive or do I need to uninstall and reinstall ADE?
