ADE3.0 won't start up

When I start the program I get a message saying "ADE 3.0 has stopped working. Windows is searching for a solution to this problem."

I have resinstalled ADE3.0

I have deleted the My digital editions folder.

Still getting same message.

It was working well last time I used it about a week ago.

Any ideas?
