ADEP (edition 3) – stops working

Suddenly my ADE stopped  working  – Windows 10 Tries to troubleshoot but message goes away almost immediately

Downloaded the Windows version and reinstalled  – but you have the same problem.  ADEP worked earlier this afternoon.

Desktop with Windows 10 version 1703.

Try  downloading and reinstalling  again? Anything I should delete first?

    You can try the following steps:

    1) Run as Admin (right click and choose this option).

    2) Rename the My Digital Edition Folder under your My Documents Folder and try again to open.

    Thank you for the suggestions – unfortunately they didn't work.
    1.  Run as Admin – and already tried  this –  but tried again ... no joy.
    2.  Renamed My Digital Edition Folder to MyX Digital Edition Folder ... again no joy.

    Don't understand – work yesterday report but in the afternoon  it didn't ... and  made no changes to my PC..
